I would like to provide my customers the best pressed pennies if I can. I hope that those who find the machine malfunction would call me at the number specified on my machine. Only then would I be able to troubleshoot it asap and you would get your product replaced immediately instead of getting other customers disappointed throughout this whole time til maintenance. I’m sorry if this unfortunate thing happened to you. So just call me for technical support. It makes both of us satisfied.
